“Madame” was born in Lucera, in the province of Foggia, on clay-limestone which gives the product a balanced acidity and a distinct flavor.
In the estates of Masseria nel Sole, the grapes ripen slowly ensuring, at the time of collection, perfect ripening from the point of view of phenol and aromatic.
To keep all its innate characteristics, the grapes are harvested by hand and in small tanks before being transferred to the cellar where it will undergo a soft pressing, vital for ensuring the quality of the final product.
This wine should be served at a temperature of 10° / 12° C. Goes well with fish but also with starters of cured meats and cheeses.
